Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you need regular treatment your doctor may authorise the issue of repeat prescriptions. This means that your medication is detailed on our repeat therapy record and also printed on the tear-off section of your prescription. Please use this tear-off section when ordering further supplies to ensure that all detail is recorded accurately.

Many pharmacies now offer a repeat prescription service. Requests are made via the pharmacy who will arrange for the prescription to be collected, dispensed and in some cases delivered to the patient. Please discuss this service with your local pharmacist.

However, if you wish to continue to arrange your repeat prescription direct with the surgery, requests can be made in writing (click here to download a request form and return the completed form to the surgery), by fax, in person during normal opening hours or online via the form below. Please allow two complete working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays.
