Important Changes to Repeat Prescribing

Important Changes to Repeat Prescribing - from July the 8th, 2019 West Timperley Medical Centre will cease to accept repeat prescription requests made via the pharmacy.
This change is being implemented as it is considered to be safer and more effecient.
To order your medication you can either call in directly to the practice during opening hours, via post or you can register with Patient Access or the NHS APP online platforms that enable access to your medical record and enable you to make appointments and order repeat prescriptions.
To register complete bring photo ID and call into the surgery to complete a registration form. For children aged 0-11 those with parental responsibility can regsiter for proxy access. Please bring photo ID and proof of photo ID into the surgery and complete a Proxy Access form.
