The COVID passport does not show your middle name. We are unable to add middle names to your COVID passport.

You will need to contact the consulate or embassy of the country you are travelling to.
The GOV.uk website states;
“You should check that your first name and your surname on your passport match how they are displayed by your NHS COVID Pass at least 3 weeks before you travel”
